Letter from the Odditor
Dear Reader,
It’s August and that means we’re in the Dog Days of Summer, at least that’s what we called them where I came from.
And “Where is home?” you ask? Well, deep in the ocean, there are underwater lakes – dense briney pools. One such pool is my home. We call it “Brackishton.” The conditions are unbearable to humans. There are no other organisms – outside of us sea creatures.
Well, it is this time of year that we venture to the surface and capture hordes of dogs – both stray and otherwise – and take them back to Brackishton to feast upon before we hibernate for winter.
Sincerely,
Seamus C. Monster, Contributing Odditor
