Some guys have a big chin that juts out prominently. Other guys have a normal chin. Then there are those guys who have a small chin.
When this guy has his caricature drawn for him at fairs and such, the artist doesn’t draw a giant chin taking up half the paper. That’s a good thing. After all, man is more than just a chin.
