For those of you who get the references, keep on truckin’. For the rest of you, here’s some help:
- “Underground” is a genre of comics (notably “Underground Comix”), usually independent or small press and most often created for adults with a counter-culture mindset
- “Keep on Truckin’” is an iconic one-page comic by Robert Crumb that exemplifies the underground comics movement
I’m not explaining my joke, mind you, but it’s good to have a reference to the piece. Why satire something if the source content is unknown?
